Love corning ware June 9, 2008 J. Livingston (Az.) I love this little oval dish, it looks good, nice for serving veggies, warms food in microwave, fits in my broiler oven, just so handy to have, Cleans up so easy, Nice for a small family, I use this dish several times a week and it still looks new.I will be buying more.
No Glass Cover/Had Vented Cover December 17, 2007 Earthmother (Manhattan, NYC) This is the second corningware oval dish I ordered from amazon.. One was the smaller size, they both said they had the vented and the glass cover...both only came with the vented cover. Also for what it's worth: this is made in China it is Corningware by World Kitchen,USA
Great for frozen entrees August 27, 2007 Sandee Stearns (West Palm Beach, FL United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This size is perfect for cooking those frozen entrees in glass instead of plastic. I just pop the frozen entree (usually a Smart One from Weight Watchers) and cover. Take it to work, put it back in the freezer and heat it according to times on package when I want it. I feel better about heating in glass than plastic with all the bad news about plastics. I'd like a container a little bigger as well...then I could add a veggie, potato or such to entree.
