Made of Commercial-weight steel providing even and gentle heat distribution. The midnight black exterior absorbs heat and provides better browning and shorter cooking times. The patented "X" design guarantees the pan will never warp. This Jelly Roll Pan has a length of 12 inches and a width of 9 inches.
Amazon.com Review Pros know an insulated pan like this one--consisting of two layers of metal with air between them--bakes jelly rolls and other delicate treats with less danger of burning or hot spots. Made of commercial-weight steel, the pan ensures gentle, uniform browning while its exceptionally durable, double-layered nonstick coating inside and out releases baked goods easily and makes cleanup simple. Because it's black, the pan absorbs heat for better browning and quicker baking. In addition to its baking prowess, the pan also is perfect for roasting vegetables. Kaiser's ExtraordinAire bakeware is guaranteed never to warp and carries a three-year warranty against defects. Though the pan is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the nonstick coating's life. --Fred Brack

Words great! January 31, 2008 Kathy Caldwell (Sunny FL) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
It is important to use this pan according to directions to prevent sticking. It is not like your old-fashioned cookie sheets. Brush lightly with oil prior to baking NO flour so be sure your cookies don't have loose flour on them. My cookies , meringues never burn on this pan. It has a 3 year warranty against warping so the person who said theirs was warped should contact Kaiser.Kaiser Jelly Roll Pan Baking Sheet Extraordinaire
tryin to cook December 12, 2007 DJ (IL) I used the pan to make a couple of pumpkin rolls and what an absolute pleasure. I did use parchment paper, but even where the edges of the batter touched the pan, there was no sticking. the cake baked very evenly...no toasted ends to cut off. love it.
Warped during first use October 24, 2005 Autumn I would not buy this pan again. It came out of the box scrached and it warped during the first use. I never had any problems with other Kaiser pans before but this one isn't worth the money.
NOT non-stick, but otherwise a good pan December 21, 2004 S. Wong (San Francisco, CA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this pan because it was non-stick, plus it had the air cushion between the layer of steel. I bake my usual brownies and cookies and they all stuck to the pan. It stuck more than my glass pyrex casserole pans. It was not easy to get it off, I had to scrape it off and it took time and a bit of muscle. Definitely not non-stick. The air cusion works from preventing the bottom of the cookies from overbrowning, which is not exactly a great idea since the top of the cookie become significantly more brown than the bottom of the cookie, which sometimes is moist and not quite holding the cookie together. On the up side, this pan doesn't warp if you are baking at 350 degrees of below. I am returning this item, I wanted non-stick and this definitel was not.
Dual Purpose! December 13, 2001 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Such a dual purpose pan! I use for cookies and as a jelly roll pan! The insulated design made it so easy to use with out burning!
