great on the grill September 23, 2008 Margie Vail (usa) made corn muffins on the grill, crab cakes great product. But i would season with bacon fat ant least a few times before using
Love this pan! April 29, 2008 R. Cooper (Utah USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got one of these pans and and liked it so much I got another one. I've made cornbread, biscuits a number of times they tun out so good. Doesn't STICK! If you keep it well seasoned cleaning with just hot water is all you need. Then recoat with alittle shortening wipe it down and its ready for next time. Never leave it soak in water or wash with soap. Its a wonderful addition to my cast iron collection. Love mine
Just like Mom STILL makes! April 28, 2008 Walter B. Hughes (F'burg, VA) You can spend a lot of money on Calphalon, Wolfgang Puck, whatever, but you won't find ANYTHING that will cook your cornbread muffins better than this pan. Just pour in your favorite recipe, VOILA!
Drop Biscuit Pan February 17, 2008 Mossy (Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Drop Biscuit Pan I like this pan, it is very heavy though, you will need to be careful if you have a smooth top stove or granite couter tops. It needs to be pre seasoned before using, even though it is described as already having been 'pre seasoned'. It is just the right size to make bread for breakfast sandwiches. It is a quality pan and will just get better with use. Rita
High quality. February 13, 2008 Wayne (MD USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My wife uses this for cooking and says it's great. She's picky about kitchen stuff so this is a raving recommendation.
