I just love this dish. My family loves it when I make Coeur a la Creme and it is now the most requested dessert for birthdays! Because of the High quality porcelain the mold slides right out leaving a perfect heart.

This mold works great and is quite sturdy. It produces a beautiful heart shaped Coeur a la creme.
