I bought this a couple of weeks ago. It is an extremely useful tool for baking and roasting especially poultry. I made Tandoori chicken and it turned out perfect. The chicken came out crisp on outside, tender and moist on the inside.
Clean up is so easy. No scrubbing required. The only drawback is its small size.

I had had a steel rack which got really disgusting over time, with rust an issue. And handwashing it was a pain.
The silicon coating on this rack completely circumvents the rusting problem, and being able to wash the rack in the dishwasher is a godsend.

This is a great product...I was so happy to throw out my rusty, funky old metal racks. Looks great, works great and cleans up beautifully and thoroughly.

Great product. No one in my house likes to clean the roasting rack after a holiday meal. Now it's simple with this great product!

I dreamed of a silicone coated roasting rack. I figured I'd seen one in the 20+ cooking catalogs that come to my house. But it wasn't anywhere, so I googled it and found this one. It made its debut under my Thanksgiving turkey. The soft round feet won't scratch any pan. My bird lifted free and clear off the rack. NOTHING stuck to it. I was able to put it directly into the dishwasher. It's love. This IS the roasting rack of my dreams. It's perfect. Cute too!
