Product Description
Parchment paper is perfect for non-stick baking and cooking and ensures easy cleanup. Use it to line cookie sheets and cake pans to prevent sticking (wet the paper to easily mould it to the shape of the baking pan). Simplify cookie baking by preparing cookies on a piece of parchment paper, then slide the parchment paper onto a cookie sheet for baking and slide the parchment paper onto a cooling rack for cooling. Great for use in microwave ovens and for preparing foods "en papillote" (baked in parchment). Parchment paper also makes for easy separation of frozen foods (for example, stacks of hamburger patties) or line pans with parchment paper for easy removal of frozen desserts from the pan. Parchment paper can also be used to form piping bags and to create a tall collar when preparing a souffle.

Suitable for use in conventional ovens up to 400 F/200C, and in the microwave. Reusable; the paper may brown around the edges with repeated use, but is is still fine to use. Not intended for use on barbeques or on open flame. 100% biodegradable.

Purchasing the parchment paper sheets was the smartest thing I did this baking season. The sheets saved me so much time. I didn't have to waste time cutting sheets of parchment. I highly recommend them for the serious Christmas baker.

This item took awhile with shipping, only because it comes from Canada. I work in a bakery and know parchment paper. This product is quality with lots of sheets to a box and a very good price. Not like the rolls you buy off the grocery shelf. I will definitely order from Goldas Kitchen again.

This parchment is very convenient to use. It does not curl on your baking sheets. Works great for all kinds of baking or candy making.

These are slightly larger than my "standard" half sheet pans, so I have to do some folding each time, but my own fault for not measuring more carefully. The quality of the parchment is fine, pretty standard, really. When you get the box, you might want to open it on the end only if you need a storage device for them in your cupboard, and the box works pretty well. Go forth and bake.

I put raw meats onto these for a kitchen scale to weight so that the scale would not get messed up. I also put chicken between the layers of the parchment paper sheets then vacuum sealed. A great way to keep frozen things from sticking together.
