The stories are every bit as enjoyable to read as the food is to eat. Susan started preparing these delightful meals while cruising with her husband aboard their boat in Florida and the Caribbean. She refined the recipes to accommodate the small galleys, tiny cooktops, and limited counter space of most boats.
Sailors know there are many things to do while cruising other than spending time in the galley. Therefore, each recipe is easy to understand and quickly prepared using readily available ingredients.
