Provides Creative Cooking Ideas!! January 6, 2007 A. K. Roiseland (Willmar, MN) My 4-year-old son and I are having a blast making these recipes; he is currently in preschool and learning his letters, so these snacks coincide nicely with his curriculum. Many of the recipes call for household ingredients, and some that call for more "exotic" items, we substitute what we have on hand. What a great resource!

This book is an excellent resource for my classroom. It is a great way to integrate following directions, the alphabet, and fun into snack time! ...and, the ingredients listed are all items that can be brought by parents or purchased inexpensively!
