Product Description We think the best brownies have moist centers, a paper thin crackly crust, and lots of chewy edges. If you agree, you'll love the Edge Brownie Pan - it's the only gourmet brownie pan that adds two chewy edges to every brownie! The award-winning design also improves baking performance by circulating heat evenly to the pan's middle, where food typically takes longer to bake. The Edge Brownie Pan has a single baking chamber that allows brownie batter to settle evenly, and the 9" x 12" size is a perfect fit for box mixes, as well as most recipes for 9" x 9" and 9" x 13" conventional pans. A durable nonstick coating makes it easy to clean, and the recessed handles are an easy grab when the pan is turned upside down. Widely acclaimed for its innovation and quality since its launch in 2006, the Edge Brownie Pan has quickly become a best-seller - and has garnered rave reviews from bakers everywhere. The Edge Brownie Pan is 100% made in the USA, and each pan comes complete with a flexible nylon spatula and a brownie recipes insert.

Love the Baker's Edge Pan!! August 28, 2010 BeachMama13 I love this pan. No longer do I have to fight for the corners and edges. From now on, all my brownies will be made in this pan.
I've also used it to make other types of cookie bars.
Looking forward to trying out the lasagna pan too!
Definite must have for your kitchen!!
Best Brownie Pan Ever August 27, 2010 Kensei (los angeles) This pan makes the best brownies ever, everybody loves the edges. The only thing that would make this pan better is if it was easier to clean, but that doesn't seem possible with all the right angles.
excellent results with this brownie pan August 24, 2010 Jen I was skeptical about buying a fairly expensive pan just to make brownies in, but it turns out that the hype was correct about this one.
I don't know what other reviewers are talking about when they say they like the brownies at the edge of a standard pan - personally, I always liked the brownies in the middle, while the outer ones turned out hard and crunchy and got eaten last. With this pan, every brownie is like a brownie from the centre of the pan - light and crackly on the top, soft and chewy on the inside. Also, because of the extra walls in this pan, none of the brownies turn out undercooked - they're all perfectly done.
The pan is heavy and feels like a quality piece of equipment. I've used it many times with no staining or cracking issues. The included paddle is just the right size for cutting the brownies and it doesn't damage the pan. It fits commercial boxed brownie mixes perfectly.
The only remote complaint I have about this pan is that it's a bit more of a challenge to get the brownie mix into the pan, as you have to spread the mix along to get it to distribute evenly through the channels. However, that's a small price to pay for the delicious results.
Another small note is that I've found that with this pan, it takes a few minutes longer to cook than with a traditional pan.
Worth the higher cost August 24, 2010 JohnnyT (Big Bear Lake, CA, USA) If you are considering this pan and the "perfect brownie pan", like I was, don't let the higher price of this pan turn you off. This pan makes rocking consistent brownies with no gooey center pieces. The old addage, "you get what you pay for" is very true with this pan. Unlike the perfect brownie pan, which is just stamped sheet metal with a cheap nonstick coating, this pan is heavy cast aluminum for even heat distribution. I don't know how long the nonstick coating will last, but it looks very good and with proper care (no dishwasher), it should last long enough to hand down to one of your children someday.
Pretty much the best thing to happen to brownies August 23, 2010 Jenny K. The title says it all - this pan is awesome and makes the best chewy edge pieces. It comes with a small plastic spatula that fits in the channels perfectly. It's not dishwasher safe, but it really is nonstick and super easy to wash. I have bought more as gifts and will continue to do so!
