Double troubleFebruary 26, 2008 toddy boy(GREENSBORO, NC United States) It is a pretty pot, and that is what you got...not a clue as to how to use it. The only written or visual information was about the plastic bag within which it was wrapped (don't let children play with it). For all the strength and durability that stainless steel has, this is a weak product because of a small glass vial to tell you if there is water in the pot or not....because there are no guides or instructions, you have to watch the pot constantly since you know not what to expect...and it never boils.
