Cuisinart PCT-10 10 Pc Cook Set

The 8-quart stockpot (11-1/2 inches in diameter, 5-1/4 inches high) is ideal for simmering stocks, soups, and stews. The 3-1/2-quart saute pan (10 inches in diameter, 3 inches high) has a helper handle and can also go into the oven for braising. (All pieces are oven-safe to 500 degrees F.) The slope-sided, 8-inch and 10-inch skillets are ideal for frying, sauteing, and pan-roasting. The 2-quart and 3-3/4-quart saucepans are kitchen workhorses. The stockpot and pans have 18/10 stainless-steel, mirror-finish, tight-fitting lids. Buy it! You won't regret it. I cook everyday and the Cuisinart Copper pots are an absolute joy to use. It took me a little time to remove the protective plastic covering but packing tape stripped it off the bottom without any effort. I love the attention to detail especially the little indentation on the handles exactly where your thumb grips. I will definitely add more Cuisinart Copper pots and pans to my collection.

This is a great professional cookware, however it tends to chnage its color a little when cooking a lot with it,
dont worry!!, this does not affect its flawless performance.
I love showing off with it..

I am an amateur chef who loves the challenge and relaxation that comes from creating new and exciting things in the kitchen. Other than reading or programming, it's my only escape. But without good kitchen tools your creativity will be negatively affected. Most people buy what they can afford and the frustration that comes with buying a bargain brand. It's the rare event that you really find a 'true' bargain. Anyway, after considerable research I decided to purchase the 10-piece set. Please shop around for the best price! I can't tell you where I purchased this set because the editors will strike my comments. But, save yourself some money and look around. Before I purchased this set, I did a lot of research looking for the best combination of performance and price. I seriously considered buying All-Clad for their renowned quality but the price was prohibitive. But, after carefully looking at the quality of the Cuisinart set, reading the testimony of others, and through actual use, I realized what a true value this set is. Each piece is solidly constructed with beautiful finishes, strong handles, and very nice lids so you won't have to worry about its longevity. The performance is just as praiseworthy. The pans heat very evenly, I've never had anything stick (I've had mine for about 2 months now), and clean up is a breeze. Deglazing for sauces is very easy. For a true bargain the value and quality of Cuisinart Copper Classic just can't be beat!
