The hard anodized body is scratch and stick resistant and distributes heat quickly and evenly so there are no hot spots. Set easy-to-clean cooker to the lock, quick steam release or open position with the 3-way safety button. Other safety features include a uni-directional pressure regulator that releases steam away from you, and a zero pressure device that allows pressure to build up only when the cooker is fully locked. The cooker can only be unlocked when the pressure drops to zero. A gasket release system releases excess pressure. Stainless steel cover. Pro:
It has good safety features.
Cons:
Anodized layer peeled off after two washes in dish washer. Then unpolished metal looks unhygienic and ugly. These Anodized compounds are danger to health.
