This basket-style rack fits perfectly within Chef's Design's 13-1/2-inch oval covered roaster but is also compatible with other roasters of a similar shape and size. Measuring 13-1/2 inches long and 9 inches wide, the roaster can support a whole chicken or a small ham. High 2-3/4-inch sides keep roasts fully contained for moist-heat cooking methods, such as braising or poaching. Made of sturdy steel wire, the rack won't bend under the weight of a heavy roast and raised handles make it simple to remove from a pan.
