The 3-piece bamboo cutting board set includes three cutting boards. Boards measure 9 by 6 by 3/8-inch, 12 by 8-3/4 by 3/8-inch and 15 by 12 by 3/8-inch. Don't be caught again without an extra cutting board. 3/8 of an inch thick means that these boards are maneuverable and easy to store. Made of strong, eco friendly bamboo. They're also durable; they have a tri-ply, cross laminate construction with a specially formulated high temperature adhesive. They store easily and look great. Just oil them from time to time. I use butcher block oil (tung oil I believe) but that's just because I happen to have it. Olive oil works fine on cutting boards as well.

Love these chopping boards. The bamboo is lightweight and they wipe clean easily. I chopped beets on one and so far no staining. I am very happy with these.

This product while inexpensive tends to warp due to its thiness, I am sure that if it were made thincker it would be fine.
It warps along it's length abaout a havf inch making it concave in shape.
