All of the Mundial knives are great, and the bread knife is no exception. We make a lot of homemade bread and this knife will slice right through it without turning a loaf into a pile of crumbs. The only problem is that the knife is an inch too long to fit into our non-Mundial knife block. The blade sticks out of the top of the block a bit.
