Product Description "OXO" FORK 250 degree F max. Soft non-slip handle Dishwasher safe Black nylon Safe for non-stick cookware Bagged
Amazon.com Review This nylon fork by Oxo is one of the most versatile kitchen tools you'll ever use; it'll be your utensil of choice for turning, piercing, stirring, separating, and whisking on the stovetop. It's heat resistant up to 250 degrees F, safe to use with nonstick cookware, andthe nylon tines clean up easily. The Good Grips line features durable, nonslip, flexible handles on every product. Ergonomically designed to fit the palm comfortably, the pressure-absorbing processed rubber handle puts less tension on the hands while still providing an outstanding grip. Made from the same material as dishwasher gaskets, the handles are slip-proof--wet or dry--as well as dishwasher-safe. Good Grips products are moderately priced and have won the Tylenol/Arthritis Foundation Design Award. --Laurie Notaro

I had been looking for plastic fork for quite some time. They used to come as part of a set for teflon coated pots/pans. I finally came across the OXO fork, the product is hefty, and does the job. When a tool works the way it is supposed to, you have to give it a good rating, at least nowadays.
