This is really a very handy fork to use when cooking. I gave it four stars instead of five because the tines bend. This is not a problem, except when cooking large cuts of meat or chicken. Except for this, the fork is great and won't hurt non-stick pans.

I purchased two large non stick griddles and did not want to ruin them while turning bacon. This is perfect. The tines are sturdy and withstand the heat. I am very happy with this purchase.
