Bottomline on these scissors is they are stainless steel BUT made in china. They are good for general use and you have the choice of different sizes for your needs. I find myself using the largest and the smallest pair the most. Handle is plastic but it is comfortable. If you are looking for the extra sharpness and durability you'll need to find another set. I feel even if you paid the full 9.99 retail it still would be worth it but I picked them up on sale at $5.99.

The quality of these scissors isn't very good, but they were cheap! I have them lying around the house to use for whatever. I couldn't use them for sewing because they're not very fine. But for cutting random stuff they'll do. And I won't wreck my good scissors in the meantime.
