Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Simply pull your blade down and back through the eight diamond-coated Ozitech fingers and let them perfectly set your edge bevels and professionally hone the edge at the same time. Forget traditional steel and electric sharpeners. Unlike regular "drag-through" gadgets, Ozitech creates a real professional hone, not a scraped and torn edge. Such a simple tool to use and gives you a perfectly honed edge.

great little sharpener August 7, 2008 Eva D. Wehrle This little sharpener works great on my Furi knife. I have had my knife for some time but hadn't realized until I got my daughter one, how dull it had become. Even with sharpening with other sharpeners. The Furi sharpener is compact and easy to use. On top of that, it really works.
It sharpens the Knives August 5, 2008 Bxmedic (NYC) Easy to use. About 5 or 6 quick swipes and my RR knives are good as new.
Furi Diamond Knife Sharpner July 31, 2008 Castner R. Waddell (FL USA) Superb instrument for sharpening. Gives an excellent edge and is very easy to use. Very safe and super product. Out performs many electric sharpners and gives a much better edge.
As advertised--so far July 21, 2008 count_zero (US-Florida) They need to lose the "Rachel Ray" connection... what a waste of their money. This is a very good sharpener for the money. I have been looking for something that does not use steel and ceramic rods and discs. This clever spring steel with diamond coating is great for 20-degree angle knives. We use a different sharpener for santoku- by wustof. If you break this opening it or can't figure out how to use it, you REALLY have a problem and need to get something else and lighten up your grip-- it is a piece of cake and takes very little storage space when closed again.
The Best manual sharpener June 21, 2008 Diamonddave (USA) This is the best manual sharpener there is. It works great and sharpens well. You can't use it for surrated knives, But is very compact and you can take it anywhere.
