So far this product has worked well for us. It's very simple to use and easy to clean. The only problem that has ever come up is my wife keeps trying to insert the blades upside down so that the trigger is on top.

Found this product to be a wonderfull device. Was purchased for a gift and
helped my mother use it. Was very easy to install and remove the blades.
This knife was a lot better than the old one and for the cost it was well
worth the purchase. Excellant price compared to others.

This is a great deal, knife works like a charm. I use it to make custom motorcycle seats, to shape the foam. and very good cost too!!!!
