Designed by Wilton Armetale, the Reggae oval platter is an ideal serving piece for parties--it's functional, spacious, and in a good mood. Crafted from a food-safe, non-toxic metal alloy with the gleam of silver, the platter is designed for cooking on as well as for serving. It is safe on the stovetop, in the oven, or on the grill and can go in the freezer, too. When cold, it keeps cool food cold longer, and when heated helps retain the warmth of hot foods. However you put it to work, it creates a playful air with its generous wide rim and inscribed curlicues and zigzags. Guaranteed not to chip, crack, or dent under normal use, the platter measures 15-1/2 by 19-1/2 inches. Wilton Armetale recommends washing it by hand to best preserve its qualities. --Emily Bedard
