i bought this set because it was the only one i could find that was this large. luckily i received each piece undamaged. i am pretty happy with it, but there were a couple pieces that had some discoloring that looked to be baked into the glaze coating. the coffee cups are really tiny too, and the bowls have a very large lip on the edge which makes it impossible to drink the remaining milk out of a bowl of cereal without spilling it all over yourself. also, they are very heavy pieces, the plates especially. other than that, no complaints.

Well, I can't say more than it would better idea to purchase such items directly from store to avoid delivery abuse!

I love the dinner set, it is simple,casual, yet elegant. Most of all I received all the pieces in perfect condition. I am happy with the choice I made.
