This did look like a good quality product when it finally came. I do not know how the product itself is because I gave it to my sister for Christmas. However, the company said it would be delivered on or by Dec 24 if I ordered on Dec 17 (which I did). It did not come until Dec 26. So, on Christmas day I had to tell my sister what her Christmas present was but that I did not have it yet. This was part of a Sushi making kit that I was putting together for her and some of the other items in it were from this company too. It's nice to be able to count on a company doing what they say they will do. Oh well.

I really liked the product, the only thing that upset me is i thought the picture that the item is shown on has a picture of a bamboo tree and when looking at it, looks as if this picture is on the bamboo mat itself and is actually just on the plastic wrapping. that was one thing i liked about the bamboo mat when ordering and was the only thing i was dissapointd with. But functionality, its great. it works just fine.

The product itself is fine. Decent quality, not splintery chopsticks.
The shipping was more than the cost of the item, though, so i will not buy them again.
