I haven't washed or used these dishes yet, but the design on them is just gorgeous. The scroll reminds me of the renaissance and the stock photo doesn't do it justice. I uploaded a picture to Amazon that I took myself and I hope it better shows off the true beauty of these pieces.

Completely satisfied with the dinnerware set. The glase helps when rinsing before putting in the dishwashwer. Will tell everyone how great they are.
