Within the first two weeks, one cup and one bowl cracked. Very poor craftsmanship. Not what you would expect at all from Pfaltzgraff.

These are beautiful dishes, and they are heavy and well made. They do get those dark marks from silverware that others have mentioned, however, I have found that soft soap cleaner works to remove them. I did have to return one of the 16 piece sets due to a broken plate, but Amazon was very quick to replace them. Overall, I am very pleased with my new dishes and have received many compliments!
