I love these bowls - they are great for little mixing jobs like scrambling eggs because they are tall sided; perfect also for cereal or chili (no sloshing over the sides).
BEWARE - since they are SO lightweight they get HOT so use a saucer or plate to carry it with hot stuff in it. I was so tired of lifting the heavier ceramic or stoneware so I really like the lightness but just be careful if you use it in the microwave.
