Poor packing messed up my great bargain August 6, 2008

The Royal Albert Lady Carlyle china is absolutely as beautiful as I thought it would be. However, when I opened the package it looked like a 6 yr old had packed something that fragile. Thankfully only 1 of the plates was broken and Amazon gave me a modest credit for that one piece.
It was a very good price and I would defintely order again and just hope I got a different packer!!
