We originally bought these glasses years ago from the Bon Marche, who quit carrying them. I was delighted to find them online! My daughters (4yrs and 8 yrs) love using the "fancy" glasses. I have found them to be quite durable for how delicate they look.

The glasses were appealing to the eye and easy to hold. They have a nice, heavy base. But, the rim is very thin---a little bumping and you have a chip on the rim. You have to be very careful when placing them in the dishwasher. They are very hard to hand wash because of the narrowness of the glass. Overall, pleased with the glasses. But, I don't know how long they will last. One glass has already been chipped???? Careful handling is the key issue.

I use these glasses for mixed drinks when company comes over. A mojito and gin and tonic look great in these chic glasses. They remind me of the glasses they use in the bars and clubs in NYC. You can't beat the price either!

These are even better than I thought they would be. I ordered 2 sets of tall ones and 1 set of smaller ones and they all arrived in perfect condition. They were packaged very well and were flawless in design. They really are a pleasure to hold and look at. I love them!
UPDATE: All my glasses eventually broke. I always hand washed them, but they are delicate and will eventually weaken to the point of breaking with the slightest contact of another object. I probably wouldn't buy these again.
The short glass in this collection is featured in the opening scene in the movie, Iron Man.

I love these water glasses. After I lost most of mine in the '94 Northridge earthquake, I spent weeks searching online for replacements, with prices looming to $75 each! Finally I found them back for the holidays at the department store where I bought the first set. After 10 years, several had chips on the top from our exuberance in opening and closing the dishwasher. (They are lead-free blown crystalline. I enjoy thin edges when drinking; though, they are more delicate than "diner-style" drinkware!) We were thrilled to find them again at Amazon, where we bought a dozen more. Each one is a work of art. We've been seeing this design and one similar to it on more and more television shows.
