This 12-1/2-inch wire whisk is the ideal tool for beating a half dozen or more eggs or for gently blending together marinade ingredients. The wire loops are designed in a narrower shape than most whisks for more compact storage in utensil drawers or holders. Made of shiny, rustproof 18/10 stainless steel, the whisk has a slightly curved handle that fits comfortably in the contour of your hand. The handle is filled with natural cement to give it the perfect weight and balance, and the wire loops are sunk deep within the handle to prevent them from ever loosening or breaking off. Chantal's signature mushroom-shaped loop extends off the end of the handle for hanging on a peg or hook over the stove.
