I love the dishes I just got. I have admired them from afar for a few years.
I even gave a platter and pie plate to my sister-in-law last year for xmas, and now wished I kept them for myself. Hearing this, my sister and brother bought them for me for this Christmas. I can't wait to use them, my turn to cook xmas dinner for family this year. Order arrived on time, and excellent condition. I am getting some other pieces now. Very reasonably priced.

I have been wanting a set of these dishes for 10 years now and the price at Amazon.com couldn't be beat! I received my shipment five days earlier than expected. Two if the sets came perfectly, but I was disappointed to find the third set had four broken dishes. I called Amazon.com customer service, and they immediately ordered replacements. The dishes are beautiful and, thanks to Amazon's customer service, my Christmas table will look lovely this year.

These Pfaltzgraff dishes are beautiful, and we have used them for many years. My only complaint is that the surfaces of the dishes scratch easily by silverware. I have read that the scratches can be removed with a ceramic stovetop cleaner and elbow grease, but I haven't tried. I don't have that kind of arm strength any longer.
