I got my order promptly and the product was exactly what I wanted. It's a great, completely nuetral pattern that goes with just about anything. However, one of the glasses was broken. I chose not to do anything about it since I didn't really need the glasses anyway, they just come with the set. But this happened previously when I ordered this product from another vendor (I believe?). Curious. But I opted to let it go then too because, once again, it seemed like more of a hassle than the reward (a complete set of glasses) promised. All in all, I was impressed with 90% of my purchase experience.

I ordered several sets of these dishes some came by regular U.S. mail, they were wonderful. The second set came that same day by UPS. They were broken. In fact they were so broken that they UPS man shook the box on my doorstep to allow me to hear all of the broken glass. AMAZON does not put "FRAGILE" on their boxes for some odd reason. I do belive that since this dish set had glasses in it, that those were the items that broke. I refused the package, so I didn't see how they were packed inside. Reordering was very easy though.

I have had corelle in the past and the plates and bowls were what I expected. The bowls were maybe a little bigger and unlike another review I read, they are plenty big enough for cereal. I didn't know what to expect from the glasses but I was pleasantly surprised with their size and quality. Bigger and stroner than I expected but still a nice light look and feel. I think this is a good price for a white set and the wave around the edges makes it more interesting than a plain white. I ordered 3 sets.

Dishes are very light weight, but seem to hold up decently. I don't like the way they feel when a contacted by a fork...kind of a gritty friction feeling and leaves some marks on the plate. Other than that, I think they are a good value for what I paid. I really liked the drinking glasses...good weight and feel. Overall I'm happy with Amazon and shipping; no broken dishes and the order came quickly.
