With service for four, each setting includes a 10-1/4-inch dinner plate, an 8-1/2-inch luncheon plate, an 18-ounce soup/cereal bowl, an 8-ounce cup, and 6-inch saucer. To construct Livingware tableware, Corelle thermally compresses three layers of glass, producing a vitrelle glass composition that is lighter than other dishware, but more durable than conventional glass. The tableware resists cracks and chips with great success, while the lamination compression process combats stains, scratches, and fading. The user-friendly plates and bowls are dishwasher- and microwave- safe and warm food in conventional ovens up to 350 degrees F. The mugs, however, find safe use in the microwave only. For the best care, avoid soaking stoneware mugs for prolonged periods of time. Corelle discourages the use of abrasives or scouring on these pieces. I ordered and received two boxes of four place settings of these rooster motif dishes, mugs,saucer and bowl. They are colorful and sturdy. Wash well and are microwave safe. Good buy!!! They require much smaller storage area than my stoneware dishes.
I'm hoping to order serving pieces to match!!

I received these as a gift for mothers day my kitchen is done in roosters and sunflowers they match perfectly. they are great light weight like china only very durable and pretty this is my 4th set of corelle the first set was 20 years or more and are still being used by my mother and I still have the other 2 or most of them and they are still in great condition these are even lighter weight than the others but seem just as durable. I am really pleased with them.

Dishes are just as pretty as they look but are not quite as bright colored as they show. Are a nice color, would not want them any brighter. Plates and bowls are a nice size. Cup could be a little bigger but the size most sets carry. Waiting for add on pieces. I have a light tan colored rice bowl and vegetable size bowls from my other set that I bought seperately that matches these pretty well that I kept. Like the rice bowl size really well for soups. They are Corelle extras. Rgis is my 3rd set of Corelle.

I purchased Country Morning for my sister as a gift. She has Roosters in her kitchen. She loved it. All the pieces can be used in the microwave; but, it still looks like and can be used as Fine China.
