For added benefits, our soy milk powder also contains an average of 2 mg of Soy Isoflavones per serving. Serving Size: 1/4 cup Suggested Use: Blend 1/4 cup of soy milk powder with 8 oz water. Soy Milk Powder is a rich and creamy beverage mix that dissolves easily in water. Other Ingredients: Non-Genetically Engineered Soy Milk Powder It also contains typically 28 mg of Soy Isoflavones per serving. Soy Milk has no cholesterol and is extremely low in saturated fat. Since it has no lactose, it is a great alternative for lactose intolerant individuals or persons allergic to cow's milk. I received this product quickly, but the bag was ripped wide open inside the mailing package. I tried to let the company know so I could get a replacement or my money back, but no one will respond to me. Do not order!!!

This is not my favorite soy milk powder; I prefer Better Than Milk Soy for its consistency and solubility. This stuff is just much more difficult to dissolve/prepare. However, I'll probably continue to buy this product because the packaging is minimal, the taste is good, and the price is great.
