I tried Rice n Shine "for the heck of it". I didn't see any benefit for the first month or so. After that, I noticed my joints felt a little better and I, in general, felt better. I found RnS also has a noticeable and positive fiber affect. After I ran out of my initial order, my joints started to feel old again after a couple weeks. I reordered and now have a serving every morning. Combined with Osteo Biflex, my joints feel like I'm a teenager again.

I'll also add that if you have a pet that suffers from arthritis Nutracea makes a product for pets called Dr. Petz Petflex.I have a cat that experienced a spinal injury as a kitten.He's suffered from arthritic pain his entire life.The only thing that helped was steriod which has negative long term side affects.About six months ago I figured I'd just give the PetFlex formula a try.I assumed it would take weeks to be affective,if at all.I was blown away by how affective it was for my cat.Within 24 hours he had calmed down noticibly and stopped experiencing his regular spasms of back pain.I never expected it to be that affective.He enjoys eating it and the pain spasms have reduced dramatically.They haven't stopped entirely but they are reduced by a good 90%.He's clearly a happier animal.
SRB is a natural food supplement but it is the product of real nutitional science.It is the wave of the future in nutrition and everyone in the world,even animals,would lead healthier lives if they consumed SRB on a daily basis.As I said,do your own research and look on the web.You'll be amazed at how important this supplment really is.

I ordered the 3 pack a 3 month supply of Rice n Shine and I took as directed and it did nothing for me it tasted good but alittle gritty. For my health it did nothing as claimed did not lower my blood pressure, cholesterol or help with my diabetes and I felt no boost in my energy level and to tell you the truth this product did nothing for me at all, to me it was a very high priced chocolate dirnk. I would steer clear of this product just another scam.
