Product Description
A pants press, like this one from Corby, is a liberating tool for the self-sufficient snappy dresser. Easy to use and safe on any material you would normally iron, the press smoothes wrinkles out of both pant legs at once in one simple 30-minute pressing session. To operate, you simply place the pants between the two plates, close the securing levers, and press the power button. Even pressure is created by the cushioned heating pad and solid wood pressing plate, with an extra-deep section at the base to protect cuffs and hems. Ribbed stretcher bars at the opening gently pull trousers taut before pressing to remove behind-the-knee wrinkles. The press automatically shuts off after 30 minutes, and pants can safely be left inside until needed. This model comes with a simple power pad and a small built-in dish for keys and coins. Corby designs the press to be freestanding or wall-mounted with the included hardware. It comes with an optional jacket hanger and removable feet that measure 13 inches long. Years ago these presses were great. Now after short use they fail to do their job. The pants have irregular wrinkles and do not press well. Called the new company that imports them and found that there are no replacement parts for this. The price is steep for an irregular press. Suggest that you look for a different brand, or just send the pants to the cleaners. lglass

Pants did not come out very well. It presses, but leaves many unwanted creases despite laying the pants flat on the board as instructed.

My husband loves the press. simply put your pants in and 30 minutes later they are pressed. We used to have a fancier one, but for the price this one works well. I'd recommend.
