to hot to handle November 18, 2008 R. Giovannoni wish it would get winkles out a little better also steamer head gets really hot must wear glove,[t should have a water drainer on the body ,but it does work better than the last brand i tried.
Rowenta Commercial Garment Steamer October 26, 2008 Shirley E. Preston (Gilbert, AZ) I am very disappointed in the performance of this product. I expected a lot more steam and an easier way to move the item around. It is awkward to move. I don't think this particular product was worth the money we paid for it.
Garment Steamer October 2, 2008 Inge McMillion (NOVA, USA) I purchased the Rowenta IS8200 Commercial Garment Steamer a few weeks ago and have used it on drapes, curtains, and dresses. The steamer works fine, but it takes a while to get wrinkles out. The hose comes off at times and I had to stick it back in. The steamer is fine for curtains and drapes. For ironing dresses I still use the iron, because it is more fast.

Rowenta is all I had hoped. Would recommend to friends. Asked a previous user who praised this unit.
Reliable brand for garment steamer. September 30, 2008 Myballpower (NYC) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Though I'm not quite sure this is a "commerical" garment steamer. It works the same as my last Rowenta garment steamer which lasted a couple years.
