Product Description The Thermanator was designed to accommodate four garments that can be rapidly loaded or unloaded and perfect for mud room operations. The Thermanator comes with three mounting options, wall, floor, and stand as pictured. The Thermanator series provides a modular drying system built to commercial standards that organizes any condo, shop or cabin, and allows the purchaser to configure a drying system for 2 to 200 pair of boots. This energy efficient (10 watt per boot) system utilizes natural convection forces to achieve over night drying with zero noise. The Thermanator holds garment upside down permitting moist heavy air to readily exit. Thermanator heats the boots to an average of 35 degrees F above ambient, resulting in dry toasty boots. The Thermanator comes with all wall and stand mount hardware. Each Thermanator holds two pair of boots and can be mounted five tiers high (spaced 18" vertically apart) for up to ten pairs per column.

Reliable and safe dryer January 7, 2008 Brian Lantow (Lake Oswego, Oregon) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We live in Oregon & have 4 kids, so wet/smelly boots, shoes, and gloves happen. I wall-mounted four of these (dries 8 pairs of shoes) in our garage where they've been on continously now for 4 or 5 straight winters. I turn it off for the summer. This is NOT a ski-lodge type blow-dryer, but if you can leave shoes overnight it will usually dry all but the most dense items. The upside for me is: safer heat (no spark or heating coil) and less load on your electrical circuit. They plug into a wall outlet, so no special wiring. The wall installation takes about 10-15 minutes, take the time to do it right (i.e. don't trust wall anchors - find a wall stud for at least one of the two brackets) or the weight of all those wet shoes might cause your rack to droop!
Works great and bullet proof February 27, 2007 Mahatma (APO, AP USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I really like this dryer. I've used it all season so far and can promise you that if you put your boots and gloves on this dryer before you go to sleep when you wake up everything will be dry. I don't care how dripping, soppy wet your boots and gloves are they will be dry in the morning. This thing is also bullet proof. There is nothing to go wrong. No moving parts and no noise. Load the rack and turn it on. The heat will not harm your heat molded boot inserts or hi-tech glove linings. One other benefit is that unlike every fan type dryer this will not make your room smell like a warm gym locker. A product that absolutely works and promises to keep on working.
