Purchased this so called 10 year warranty chair. They want you to keep the original boxes (the size of a refrigerator) for 3 days. If it goes bad in 3 days you can send it back at your expense. (It weighs 500 lbs with packaging and pallet) So you do the math... Mine lasted 4 days and a motor went bad and computer memory got stuck. Guess what? No service people available to fix it. Forever Premium??? Forever junk... So much for the 10 year or 3 year on electronics. If they won't fix it and you have no idea on who to call that will fix it. What good is it? Shouldn't someone other than the owner have to pay for something under warranty especially when it's only 4 days old? Shouldn't it last longer than 4 days? There's an awful lot of moving parts and can't see in my mind how it will last 3 years and obviously it didn't barely made 3 days...
