I bought this light for my father over a year ago. It gets a lot of use and is still working great! The light is bright and a true color, not an odd led or fluorescent color. Good deal, great light.

I'd been to many stores looking for a good light. From Home Depot to Target to Walmart to a local grilling store. Nothing I found worked as well as this light. I finally found this light at Lowes
I like the fact that you can either use the magnets to hold it down or clamp it down. I used the magnets as I felt it was sturdy and worked well.
What I really liked about this light and what 99% of you should be concerned about it light dispersal and the ability to check doneness on the meat. Both were excellent.

This is a great product until you leave it out in the rain. The battery compartment is not sealed, and quickly rust the electrical connections.

Seemed like a great idea ... a bbq light for my outdoor bbq grill so that I can see at night. Problem is that the battery compartment is not sealed against the elements. The batteries corroded into a single mass from outside moisture getting into the compartment (and we live in a "dry" area ... I can only imagine how much faster this would have corroded if we lived in a humid environment). Now the thing is a useless piece of trash.

Works well, easy to use, well worth the money. THat magnetic base is really powerful.
