This is the gauge that I have been looking for.
It takes the guesswork out of the rain totals and you don't have to make special trips to dump the water.
It would be nice if you could clear the 24 hour total and the accumulated total separately.
You need to write down the 24 hour total as soon as possible because evaporation occurs soon after the rain stops and the total shown drops, giving erroneous readings.
You can, however, use the accumulated total and subtract the previous total from the accumulated total to give you the current amount.
