Amazon.com Review This innovative oscillating sprinkler design can water medium-to-large yards, is fully adjustable, and comes with a built-in timer and flow control mechanisms. While many oscillating sprinklers allow you to adjust the range of the spray, this one also provides adjustments for controlling the width and the water flow. At the highest water pressure (56 psi), the width can be adjusted from 13 to 56 feet and the range from 23 to 69 feet. At low water pressure (28 psi), the width can be set from 11-1/2 to 47-1/2 feet and the range from 19-1/2 to 56.7 feet. The timer allows you to select watering times from 15 to 120 minutes, or it can be bypassed for constant flow. Gardena includes its Quick Connector hose adapter for easy time-saving hose changes and a special needle for keeping spray nozzles clean. The Aquazoom provides all the versatility and design features you could ask for in an oscillating sprinkler.

Similar experience with breaking November 1, 2008 B. Shea This could easily be the BEST sprinkler made EXCEPT that it breaks easily! I was pounding the pavement trying to find one here in Austin to replace mine. I really appreciated how adaptable it is. But I see that others have shared my experience that it breaks too easily; mine after only 2 weeks of use! And I don't have children and was pretty easy on it. It is a shame that the plastic is so brittle and snaps so easily. Looking forward to an improved model... the manufacturers/designers would have a real winner here if they tweaked this sprinkler.
Why Did They Screw This Company Up with Cheap Parts and Sprinklers That Fall Apart? October 30, 2008 P. Strayer (Oakland CA) I used to love gardena, even though i don't like the orange plastic look. I love the adjustability of this sprinkler but after having three malfunction in different ways, and break, I am not going to buy another one. Very sad. Because they were the best, about 5-10 years ago. But not any more. The oscillator has gotten stuck in one position for days and then revived itself mysteriously. It comes undone from the hose, frequently, and spews streams of water when you are gone (your sprinkler nightmare). There are other complaints, but those are my biggest ones.
Workhorse September 22, 2008 azreads (Maine) I have this sprinkler without the timer. If I had to do it again, I would chose this model. I LOVE this sprinkler. The sprinkler covers a large area with a good even spray. I use the quick release system because I often use a water wand a Gardena which they no longer make (wished I'd ordered 4 of those they are great also) Gardena makes quality products. It doesn't leak and gets almost daily use as I water different sections of my garden deeply moving this guy around constantly. I have found it durable and reliable. It is great for lawns, but I use this in my perennial beds and the spray is gentle enough to keep the heads on the flowers. I love that I can tweak the spray area. It is simple to do, takes seconds and is intuitive. Nothing crazy. Did I mention I love this sprinkler? I work as a landscaper and if you don't have automatic irrigation, this is a fantastic option.
Useless Sprinkler September 18, 2008 Michael Drainie This sprinkler worked fine for a couple of seasons and then began intermittantly sticking in one position. This severely overwatered one spot while leaving the rest dry. I see a number of other users have had the same problem. These sprinklers are way to expensive to be tossed in the garbage after so short a time, but that is where mine is going.
Sprinkler September 16, 2008 Catherine (Dallas Texas) This is a great sprinkler. If your like me you forget the sprinkler and its on for 3 hours. With this one you set the time and go.
