Amazon.com Review Built to last and easy to use in inclement weather, Coleman's Propane Grill/Stove can be counted on for hot meals in the outdoors when they're needed most. The stove's PerfectFlow propane feeding system offers precision-regulated fuel flow for consistent cooking performance without flaring or flickering. A steady fuel stream cooks and grills food evenly with no hotspots, even in cold weather, at high altitudes, or when fuel is low. Coleman's InstaStart electronic ignition offers easy, matchless lighting, and lights every time, so there's no wondering if the propane should, or shouldn't, be running still. Fully adjustable cooking power up to 10,000 BTUs per burner is plenty of heat for cooking large meals in cold weather. Burners stay lit in high winds even on low flame; so it's easy to keep soups warm without scorching. Large control knobs in front are easy to turn with gloved hands. A durable, enamel-painted steel case and aluminized cooking surface mean easy cleaning and longer stove life. A heavy-duty, removable chrome cooking grate and non-stick, cast-aluminum grill grate won't warp from heat or rust in rain for years of reliable outdoor cooking. And, Coleman's folding WindBlock system folds down to double as convenient side shelving for condiments, spices, and utensils. Best of all, the stove burns for up to 4-1/2 hours on low using one 16.4-ounce propane cylinder (sold separately), which is a big help when there's a cold storm to wait out. Coleman backs this stove with a lifetime limited warranty. --Brian Olson

Perfect Camping Tool July 30, 2008 V. A. Gallego (Anaheim, Ca.) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This product works great. Perfect combination of burner and grill. Ignition works great even in windy conditions. Great investment and upgrade from previous stove. Cons: I would like a better lock on the cover to keep it closed. Looking into a case but havent purchased one due to bad reviews of stove not fitting properly...
So Far, So Good July 4, 2008 Jerry Jim (Where The Wind Comes Sweeping Down The Plain !) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've had this product for over a year now. It has been on several adventures: Yellowstone, Glacier, Grand Canyon, Death Valley, you get the picture. I've used it in blazing heat and freezing cold, at 9000 ft and below sea level and it has always preformed well. I have the "griddle accessory" for it which makes the "pancake/bacon egg" breakfast very easy. It puts out great heat when you want and can also be used at a low simmer. I've used it in 40 mph winds and it never goes out unless you turn it off. Easy to clean and well thought out. Fairly easy on gas also. My cats see me buying this stuff and just shake their heads. They say, "Jerry, why are you cooking, just eat it raw". I say, "I like my food cooked, and Coleman has that down to a science". They said, "What's science"? Cats, you gotta explain everything to them. This is a great stove and with the griddle accessory you can cook up that "slew" of eggs or pancakes for that "pack of cats" that you have camping with you. Buy it.
Great stove May 29, 2008 David E. Reiter 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We have used this several times so far this season. Works great. Ignites with a few pushes of the button. Great for a quick hot dog or burger.
Coleman 9922-750 propane grill November 4, 2006 Joyce Brintnall (Hawaii) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Compact, yet when in use has plenty of surface space and excellent heat.
Not bad, but it runs a little too hot for my tastes August 14, 2006 Serena Walker (NC) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The Coleman stove works good, but as some previous reviewers have said, it runs very hot. I have to keep the burners on about as low as it goes, because the burners stay on so high, that you have to be very careful for not burning anything. I had a hard time with chicken and making popcorn (the old fashioned way) and never burn anything at home, but with this stove, you have to CONSTANTLY watch it. Other than that, it is OK and does the trick. The igniter works well. And the grill gives good taste. But I would say, it needs improvement with control of heat.
