Coated with a slightly textured, durable nonstick finish, the griddle requires very little grease, thereby producing healthier food. For fattier meats like bacon, a built-in channel along one end catches drippings. When the griddle's heat control is removed, the unit is fully submersible in warm, soapy water. Presto 07211 Liddle Griddle
I was so pleased to find this small griddle still being made by Presto.
It is perfect for two people. It takes up very little space and bacon, eggs,and pancakes are just the start of tasty dishes. It is completely immersable for washing and easy to keep clean. I had one years ago and my husband talked me out of it to take on his fishing trips. It still is packed in place ready to be used.

This Liddle Griddle Mini Griddle is exactly what my husband wanted and he is very happy with it. It is easy to clean as it is completely immersible. And it is just the right size for the two of us. It makes fantastic pancakes.

This product works well. Heats up in 7 minutes. It is a perfect size for two people. I use a small ladle for my pancakes and make six at a time! Have a great breakfast!
