It worked great with my generic non-Mr. Coffee machine. The two lids was the difference in working with more than one machine. I was happy to find this on line as I was going to have to throw the whole machine away.

We purchased a Mr Coffee replacement carafe for an expresso maker. THis site like the rest cost more to get a replacement 4 cup carage than it does to buy a 10-12 cup caqrafe. After paying $12 to buy the carafe (and half that amount to get it shipped) I go to Walmart and find a generic one that was only $5.00.
I will give Credit to this site for their carafe came with the lid, where all of the others (except the Walmart one) did not have a top to them.

It does what exactly what it's supposed to do. Makes a good "universal" replacement for many home models of espresso maker.
