Braun's Multiquick Professional improves on an appliance that's already highly convenient. With a 400-watt motor, this updated hand blender has increased power for faster and better results. A dial on the top of the handle allows you to select from five different blending speeds, giving you more control over the consistency of your purees. A turbo button on the front of the handle lets you immediately switch up to the highest blending speed. The hand-blender attachment has a unique blade that offers smoother and more even blending, making it ideal for pureeing fruit shakes, soups, or homemade baby food. I won't go on and on about this because it appears everyone has, so just let me say YES! I use this almost every day, it's just the best kitchen appliance I have. More than anything I use the chopper and the whisk.
What is best to me about this product is 1) it is variable speed PLUS power burst (not just high and low), and 2) the parts detach in a way that they can be safely washed. I can't imagine that anyone would be sorry they purchased this.

A little expensive, but after buying and returning competitors mmodels, this is by far the best hand blender on the market.

This is the second of these products that i bought. Loved my first one I bought in Europe but it didn't work in the States so I bought my second one. The one from Europe is 600 Watts which gets the job done. And I prefer the stainless steel piece on the immersion tool but overall I use this for more things that I ever could have imagined... and recommend it highly over the other products like this. You can't go wrong.
