This handy omelet pan allows you to cook right at the table. It's perfect for buffets or brunches where you need to cook serving after serving of omelets or burgers, warm appetizers, or saute side dishes. When you plug in the pan, the surface automatically heats up; you have to unplug the pan to turn it off, which is a bit inconvenient. The built-in thermostat keeps the pan at a constant 325 degrees F--a bit too hot for keeping egg dishes warm without overcooking them, so transfer them to plates quickly. The nonstick surface cleans up in a jiffy; as with any nonstick pan, use only plastic or wooden utensils. --Shannon Borg

WAS LOOKING FOR A ROUND BRUNCH PAN AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE BUT GOT A SQUARE LITTLE SKILLET- MAXIUM WAS THE NAME OF THE ROUND BRUNCH PAN THAT I RECEIVED FROM AVON PRODUCTS 25/35 YEARS AGO
