Product Description A perfect gift for new homemakers, the food processor has become an integral part of modern cooking, speeding up a multitude of processes, including kneading dough; slicing; chopping; shredding cheese, vegetables, and meat; mincing garlic and parsley; mixing batters; and emulsifying mayonnaise. Cuisinart's Custom food processor comes with a 14-cup work bowl; five basic attachments for slicing, shredding, chopping, mixing, and kneading; and also features two feed-tube options, one big enough to handle a whole potato. This processor comes with a compact cover for use when the feed tube isn't needed and a pulse control that allows the desired degree of fineness when chopping and puréeing. Remove the detachable stem for compact storage of discs. All the parts are dishwasher-safe and the motor base wipes clean. In addition, a custom-contoured spatula, a recipe booklet, and a 30-minute video designed to familiarize the new owner with the care and use of the food processor are included. --Victoria Jenkins

Great product! February 17, 2010 Jonathan Rice The product works great! Both my girlfriend and I have had so much fun in the kitchen with the Cuisinart! Cleanup is a breeze as well.
Even better than the old model. February 8, 2010 Runsilent (Philadelphia PA USA) We had a classic Cuisinart for more than 20 years and loved it. When it finally gave up the ghost, I bought this model as a present for my husband. He prefers it to even his old beloved model. It's very powerful, very fast, and the bowl seems easier to clean. I hope it lasts as long....
Amazing February 8, 2010 Reywal (Tennessee) This will devour anything you put in it. Works great and is easy to clean and set up. I would also recommend getting the storage accessory for the blades as they are extremely sharp.
Excellent quality February 4, 2010 S. Johnson (Tulsa, OK) I bought this for my son, because he wants to learn to cook. I bought one of the first ones in production. It's been more years than I can remember- AND IT'S JUST AS GOOD AS WHEN IT WAS NEW. I still use it all the time. Need I say more?
Good buy February 2, 2010 Larry (Philadelphia, PA, USA) This was the best price available for this unit which I bought as a gift. The recipients say they love it.
