Product Description Aerolatte Milk Frothers are the world-famous, award-winning, best-selling original steam-free milk frother. Safe and easy to use, the Aerolatte milk frother eliminates the need for expensive steam-based machines. It works directly in your mug or glass using an innovative whisk-head to turn milk that has been heated in the microwave or stovetop into rich, thick foam in just 20 seconds. Use for lattes, cappuccinos, milkshakes, and hot chocolate. Includes instructions, recipes, and 2 AA batteries. 5 year guarantee.
Amazon.com Review A zippy little kitchen instrument, the Aerolatte frother is a smart way to make your own frothed milk for cold or hot drinks. Streamlined and reflective, the design is sleek and appealing, while its operation is simple. Just place the frother's whisk head in a mug of hot or cold milk and turn it on. Frothing takes around 20 to 30 seconds and does not make a lot of noise. Powered by two AA batteries, the frother has a trim size and a self-contained construction that rinses clean between uses. Note that the frother does not generate steam or heat--to create frothed milk for hot drinks you must start with hot milk. Aerolatte also makes a satin-finish version of this product with a slim little counter stand for storage. The unit comes with batteries, and carries a five-year warranty. --Emily Bedard

frother October 13, 2008 Diane M. Kirby (Cedar Crest, NM United States) This is a wonderful item! My kids and I love to froth milk in a separate mug and put on top of hot choc, chai and coffee! It makes it seem like we are getting a fancy drink in an upscale shop! Make the drinks taste better!
Lattes in An Instant September 16, 2008 M. C. Leon (Orange County, CA USA) The Aerolatte Milk Frother is simple to use and easy to clean. The fast whipping action allows you to froth any kind of milk in no time. It has a very modern metallic sleek design, an easy to use on/off button, and even comes with batteries. It is great for making cappuccinos, lattes, foaming espresso, and adding whipped creamy milk to American coffee. I love it and have even given a few as gifts. My trips to Starbucks have been drastically reduced now that I can make my own delicious lattes at home.
Fix it yourself September 1, 2008 Iwamaki This thing actually does a pretty good job of frothing milk, and I would give it a better rating if it wasn't defective as received. The problem is that it was on all the time and couldn't be turned off using the switch. I had to disconnect the batteries to turn it off. Since the thing is so cheap it wasn't worth the postage to return, so I took it apart to try to figure out what the problem was. It turns out that the metal contact part of the switch was improperly bent and was making contact all the time. I bent it in the opposite direction and put everything back together and now it works fine. If you're mechanically inclined, this might be worth taking a chance on, but I'll never buy anything from this company again. Oh, it's really a stretch trying to make a milkshake with it, and I think that really hard frozen ice cream would stall it out.
I love it! July 14, 2008 Deborah A. Musher This is an amazing gadget. I love it! I use it every day, and it's just as good as a Starbucks drink. Better, in fact, because it's much cheaper. The batteries did die pretty quickly, but I stuck some rechargeable ones in there . . .Definitely worth buying.
Great little gizmo. July 12, 2008 Leslie Swackhamer This is a fantastic way to turn your everyday cuppa into something special. Easy to use. Easy to clean. A joy.
