Kitchenaid Food Processor March 11, 2010 M. Bryant (atlanta, ga) This Kitchenaid food processor has changed my life! I use it almost everyday. It is easy to assemble and easy to use, unlike the Cuisinart I got rid of. I like it so much that I purchased one for my daughter and another for my mother.
LOVE my new KitchenAid Food Processor March 9, 2010 E. Phillips (USA) I just love my new Kitchen Aid food processor. It looks great and i leave it on my counter because i find myself using it every day.It is powerful and fast.I like the fact that it has a small bowl for small jobs like salad dressings, baby food ect.I love the box that holds all the blaids in one place. The price was reaily great i checked all over and found the best price on Amazon. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!
Great product! March 8, 2010 Max S (New York, NY) Great product! Works exactly as describde, but please note that it's very large (good- easily handles almost any job and bad- takes up a lot of counter space)
Terrible Quality and Lack Lustre Customer Service March 5, 2010 S. MCGURK (Toronto) I had a Cuisinart food processor prior to purchasing the KitchenAid. I've read all the reviews over the years (Consumer Reports, Cook's Illustrated) claiming that this is, by far, the best option on the market so I decided to purchase one. I've been through three food drums and each has had the handle and locking mechanism crack. It leaks when you have anything more than two cups in the 14 cup drum and it can't seem to handle cheese grating with the disc insert. This is my second bad experience with KitchenAid (a terrible French door refrigerator was another bomb). And the Canadian customer service was, at best, indifferent. If their market reputation is their calling card, they are DEFINITELY on the decline. I won't buy any products from KitchenAid in the future.
Not Bad, Not Bad At All March 4, 2010 Heretic (Bronx, NY) Bought this product Sept. 3, 2009. And so far I've had no problems with it. It does what I wanted it to do. I recommend it.
