This tamper is solid stainless (no screw-together pieces). It came in perfect condition, well-packed and on-time. It is the perfect fit for the KitchenAid Proline espresso maker KTA-KPES100PM. It is damn hard to find the exact stated size of the little bucket thing the coffee goes in. This thing is wayyyy better than the lame plastic tamp that comes in the box - improved the consistency of the pour, or draw, or however espresso fanatics refer to getting the coffee out.

Speedy delivery. This thing must weigh a pound. Does an excellent job of tamping coffee. Should be easy to produce consistant tamps. Highly recommend.

Superb quality. Would recommend this to anyone. The only minor issue is that you need to add a little extra coffee in the the 58mm standard 2-shot baskets for a Rancillo to make sure you get the correct pressure.
